Accessing Alma Mobile requires the system's URL and valid user credentials. The platform is built on the Ex Libris Alma library services framework and is primarily designed for use by public and technical services staff within academic and research libraries. While Alma Mobile complements the desktop version—continuing to support comprehensive traditional library functions—it enhances operational workflows through increased mobility.
